Smart scheduling and calendar tool Clockwise introduces its latest innovation: an AI-powered assistant named Prism that simplifies managing scheduling conflicts, bulk event management, and transforming tasks into calendar events through simple text commands.
Similar to other startups like YC-backed Vimcal and Reclaim, now part of Dropbox, Clockwise targets organizations looking to optimize their scheduling processes. However, individual users can also benefit from its features.
Prism’s capabilities include converting typed instructions into calendar events or links for scheduling meetings, suggesting alternative times for conflicting appointments, and providing a shared link for meeting participants to coordinate easily. Moreover, Prism can identify the best times for urgent meetings across different schedules, reschedule clashing events automatically, and facilitate the scheduling of tasks and meetings directly from a to-do list.
The innovative AI assistant also supports commands for quick schedule adjustments, such as rescheduling an entire afternoon or clearing a morning’s agenda.
Clockwise CEO Matt Martin explains that their custom scheduling engine, combined with natural language processing, enables Prism to efficiently resolve conflicts and find optimal timing for tasks and meetings. This advanced technology distinguishes Clockwise from competitors and empowers Prism to handle complex scheduling demands with ease.
Prism is now available at no extra cost to all Clockwise users, with ongoing efforts to enhance integration with Google Calendar and improve weekly scheduling support.
